Stone, porcelain, and quartz are natural or manufactured slab materials, and they vary. Colour, veining, and pattern in a finished countertop will differ from the photographs and samples shown here — that variation is a property of the material, not a defect. We will show you the actual slab before fabrication whenever the material allows.

Submitting the form is a request for information — it does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we give you a written quote and you accept it in writing. That quote, and any terms attached to it, govern the work; where they conflict with these terms, the quote wins.
Quotes issued before templating are estimates based on the measurements you give us. Final pricing is confirmed after we template your space, because linear footage, cutouts, edge profile, and seam placement can only be measured on site.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we may restrict access for maintenance or for security reasons without notice.
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Maps and our embedded quote form. We do not control them, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any written quote, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.
