Countertop Fabrication
Precision cutting, polishing, and edging of porcelain, quartz, granite, and marble at our North Vancouver shop. Porcelain is our specialty, and every slab is cut, edged, and finished under one roof by the same craftspeople who'll install it.
Ready to start your countertop fabrication project?
What we do, and how it feels.
Fabrication is where a raw slab becomes your countertop. We do all of it in-house at our North Vancouver shop: cutting, mitering, edging, and polishing every material from porcelain and quartz to granite and marble. Porcelain is our specialty, and it's the least forgiving material there is to fabricate. The same craftspeople who shape your top are the ones who install it, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.

One shop, every material, zero compromises.
- 1
Porcelain specialists
Large-format porcelain and sintered slabs demand different tooling, support, and handling than stone. It's the material we've built our shop around.
- 2
Five-axis CNC precision
Five-axis saws cut complex shapes, seamless miters, and waterfall returns to within fractions of a millimetre.
- 3
15+ edge profiles
Pencil, eased, bullnose, ogee, mitred waterfall, or a custom profile, finished and hand-polished to match your design.
- 4
Inspected before it ships
Every piece is checked by a lead fabricator before it leaves the shop, the practice behind our lifetime workmanship warranty.
From slab selection to final polish.
- 01
Slab & material selection
Compare samples in our showroom, then we source the exact slab through our supplier partners and tag it for your job.
- 02
Digital layout
We lay your template over the slab digitally to place veining and seams exactly where you want them.
- 03
CNC cutting
Five-axis saws cut the shape, cut-outs, and edge profile with millimetre accuracy.
- 04
Hand finishing
Edges are shaped, polished, and hand-finished for a flawless feel.
- 05
Quality control
A lead fabricator inspects fit, finish, and seam match before your piece is cleared for installation.

Homeowners, designers, and builders specifying premium countertops across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
Trusted on projects like yours.
“The porcelain fabrication on our outdoor kitchen was flawless. Through a full PNW winter, zero issues. Would hire again in a heartbeat.”
“They walked us through five different granite slabs until we found the one. The edges are like glass. Our builder said it was the cleanest install he's seen.”
“We needed a full-slab marble vanity in a weirdly narrow powder room. Three shops said no. Pacific Range sketched a solution at the showroom and nailed it.”

-
Which materials do you fabricate?
Porcelain and sintered slabs are our specialty, and we also fabricate quartz, granite, and marble, all cut, edged, and polished in our own North Vancouver shop.
-
Do you supply the slab, or do I?
Either works. We're fabricators rather than a stone yard, so we source material through long-standing partnerships with major suppliers, or you can bring a slab you've already chosen and we'll fabricate it.
-
How precise are your seams, miters, and cut-outs?
Our five-axis saws cut shapes, cut-outs, and mitred waterfall returns to within fractions of a millimetre, and every piece is inspected by a lead fabricator before it ships.
-
What edge profiles can you make?
Pencil, eased, bullnose, ogee, mitred waterfall, or a custom profile, all finished and hand-polished to match your design, with 15+ profiles to choose from.
-
Do the same people fabricate and install my countertop?
Yes. The craftspeople who shape your top are the ones who install it, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.
