FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Still wondering about something? Call us at (236) 885-6461. Real humans answer.

  • How long does a typical countertop project take?

Most residential projects move from template to installation in 7–10 business days. Complex jobs with imported slabs can take up to three weeks.

  • Do you offer in-home design consultations?

Yes. We offer complimentary in-home consultations across Metro Vancouver and virtual consultations anywhere in BC.

  • Which material is best for a busy kitchen with kids?

Porcelain, our specialty. It's non-porous, scratch and heat resistant, and needs no sealing, which makes it the most forgiving surface we fabricate. Quartz is a close second, and sealed granite is a durable natural alternative with more character.
