FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Still wondering about something? Call us at (236) 885-6461. Real humans answer.

  • How long does a typical countertop project take?

Most residential projects move from template to installation in 7–10 business days. Complex jobs with imported slabs can take up to three weeks.

  • Do you offer in-home design consultations?

Yes. We offer complimentary in-home consultations across Metro Vancouver and virtual consultations anywhere in BC.

  • Which material is best for a busy kitchen with kids?

We usually recommend quartz, it's non-porous, stain resistant, and requires no sealing. Sealed granite is a durable, family-friendly alternative with natural character.
